Macaco(monkey)?

Oláaa, tudo belezinha? For today´s short lesson I brought something quite interesting cuz kinda relates to what the world is going thru now... MONKEY chat! On that note, I´ve decided to share with you a Brazilian Portuguese expression that uses the word MACACO

"Cada macaco no seu galho..." "Each monkey to their branch"

But what does actually mean?
