Saturday doesn´t exist!

Today is SÁBADO! Oh yeah, I love a good sábado, do you know why? por quê? Well let me tell you something about my previous working journey, I used to work for Disney Cruise Lines and we worked really hard, 12 to 14 hrs a day, every day, no days off, so with that kinda working journey you lose the sense of days, and which day of the week. Ohhhh it´s SÁBADO! It´s such a great feeling. Although, embora I like to work on weekends anyway hahah BUT, MAS I love doing fun things and I guess so do you that's why I´ve selected a list of things to do in Português. Fun things to do on Saturday - Coisas divertidas para fazer aos sábados

• Play a musical instrument - Tocar um instrumento musical

• Reading - Ler (notice that in PT we don't use the ing format to express our likes and dislikes)

• Learning a new language - Aprender uma nova língua

• Traveling - Viajar

• Writing - Escrever

• Baking - Cozinhar (notice we don't have such a specific word for it so we say to cook)

• Playing sports - Jogar esportes

• Go for a walk - Caminhar

• Watch movies or series - Assistir filmes ou séries

• Sleep - Dormir

• Relax or chill - Relaxar ou descançar

Now let´s put those word into a sentence: No final de semana eu gosto de __________ During the weekend I like to .... Exemplo: No final de semana eu gosto de cozinhar E você? What do you like to do? Share with me in the comments below.
